About the Role:

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Intermediate Accountant will be responsible for accurate financial statements to be completed and taking on other tasks assigned.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Expense analysis
• Financial statement analysis
• Daily cheques
• AP posting – Parts/Sublet/Expenses
• Notes reconciliation
• Deal running
• AP Posting – Vehicle inventory/COS
• Bank reconciliation
• Account reconciliation of vehicles and leases
• Purchasing Used
• Bank Entries – coding
• Schedule review
• Internals
• Commissioning
• Schedule review

Qualifications:

• Strong computer proficiency, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, attention to detail and excellent data entry skills are required. 
• The successful candidate must be a team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks in this fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least a minimum of 3 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education in Accounting. 
• PBS Systems experience and dealership experience is an asset.
