Autobody Prepper
An opportunity
exists within the Wood Automotive Group for a Autobody Prepper to join the team
at All Makes Collision Centre!
Qualifications:
A team player with
a focus on quality workmanship and efficient work habits. The successful
candidate will show attention to detail, and have the ability to adapt and
assist in a fast paced shop environment. The ideal candidate must be organized
and highly productive in order to handle the high volume of collision work.
Clean driver’s abstract is required.
The Autobody
Prepper is responsible for helping the Paint Technicians prepare vehicles for
paint and other various duties.
This is a straight
time / hourly position.
Responsibilities
(but not limited to):
- Prep surfaces
for paint technicians
- Assisting
painter with spot repairs
- Check
preparation quality prior to painting, liaise with refinishing technician
and advise supervisor if necessary
- Advise
supervisor of scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance of paint
booths and equipment
- Minor paint
repairs
Requirements:
- A clean driver's
abstract with a valid AB Class 5 licence
