Fleet and Lease Administrator (Temporary)

The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Fleet and Lease Administrator to join our Fleet team at Woodridge Ford Lincoln! 

This is a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave of 12 months.

About the role:

Reporting to the Sales Fleet Manager, the Fleet and Lease Administrator will be well versed in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Process bills of sales, prepare leases, register, and discharge liens
• Answer calls/emails in a pleasant and timely manner
• Keep factory orders organized and up-to-date via INFORD
• Process consignment agreements for our US builds
• Request CARPROOFS (used vehicles)
• Communicate with Inventory Specialist for updates on factory orders
• Ensure Tricor terminations are followed-up

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
