Village Honda dealership!

About the Sales

The Sales
Consultant candidate we are looking for will be a highly motivated individual,
with an enthusiastic attitude and professional approach. Strong people skills
and a commitment to customer service is a must! Automotive sales experience is
an asset.
Guaranteed salary
of $50,000 a year with the potential to earn much more!
Responsibilities:
- Develop
buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; also by
suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and
promotions
- Qualify
buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching
requirements and interests to various models, etc.
- Generate
appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and
lead activity management in an effort to qualify potential customers
- Assist
customers in appropriate vehicle selection
- Figure out
customer’s needs by listening and asking questions
- Be available
to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Engage
customers through our online chat tool
- Check email
frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Perform
walk-around videos with new and old customer and demonstrate features of
suitable vehicles
- Work with
management team on opportunities and sales objectives
Requirements:
- Clean
driver's abstract and AB driver's license
- Customer
service experience
