Customer Service Representative

a Customer Service Representative to join the Woodridge Ford Lincoln team!

About the role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Customer Service
Representative will be well versed in identifying and securing new leads, and
maintaining client relationships for the Service department.
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Outbound
prospecting: making outbound calls, send emails and use other
communication
- CRM:
Log all customers interactions, communications, book in appointment in
conjunction with scheduler
- Scheduling
appointments, rescheduling and follow up on no show appointments
- Ability
to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately
within the dealership.
- Ensure
that a minimum of 25 prospecting calls will be made daily.
- Handle
customer inquiries and/or appointments via telephone, emails, and text
messages.
