Sales Inventory Control Coordinator

About the role:

The Sales Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for stocking in all vehicles purchased for sale by the dealership. This position is responsible for stocking all newly purchased vehicles for sale and ensuring the accurate entry of initial vehicle data into the dealership's computer system. Additional responsibilities include inputting bank statement information, as well as processing daily EFT and ACH transactions. This person will also provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales Managers and assist with marketing efforts by photographing pre-owned vehicles and uploading the images to the dealership’s website.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Process all Dealer Trades including all paperwork and follow up.
  • Logistical coordination of drivers to expedite vehicle pick up and deliveries.
  • Enter all arriving new and used vehicles into inventory (including DMS, accounting).
  • Responsible for processing Bill of Sale’s for inventory.
  • Responsible for Inventory reporting to Management.
  • Factory Order Tracking
  • Administration of NVIS and maintaining vehicle books.
  • Process and follow-up all courtesy deliveries. Enter the vehicles purchased by dealership (auctions, customer purchases, other dealer purchases, Dealership Rentals Cars, etc.) into inventory.
  • Submit internal requests for all PDI and Reconditioning requests.
  • Support with taking pictures of Pre-Owned inventory and uploading on top our website.
  • Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements: 

  • Class 5 drivers License
  • Clean Driver's abstract
