About the Role:

Advantage Ford is looking for an experienced full time Internet Lead Specialist to become a part of our winning team, assisting with the largest growth opportunity in the automotive industry as a whole. Furthermore, this position offers a great opportunity for a motivated individual to earn an extremely strong income based on their own winning strategies and efforts.

The Internet Lead Specialist will be responsible for handling on-line relationships with all of our current and potential customers seeking information about their new or pre-owned vehicle purchase via our company website and various other websites such as Kijiji and auto trader. This position will also be accountable for maintaining and retaining our current client base through consistent follow up processes.

A Day in the Role:

  • Respond to incoming leads from all online sources (Kijiji, Autotrader, website etc) with the purpose to create sales appointments
  • Provide information requested by customers
  • Consistent customer follow-up
  • Qualify customers
  • Arrange customer appointments with sales staff, ensuring fair distribution
  • Detailed tracking of all leads including follow-ups, appointments made, and sales completed
  • Tracking and reporting of all related metrics

Qualifications:

  • Class 5 drivers License
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • 2 years Automotive Sales Experience Strongly Preferred
  • Experience in online sales or marketing, preferably in e-commerce or related industry (Automotive)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • AMVIC Licensed
  • Creative and analytical in their approach to sales.
  • Highly professional and focus on integrity in sales.
