The Wood Automotive Group is thrilled to announce that we are looking for an Internal Service Technician to join our team at the new Taza Park Volkswagen dealership!

This 45,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art dealership will be situated on the Tsuut'ina Nation and comes packed with new cutting-edge equipment, 25 service bays and a stylish, 20-car showroom!

About the role: The Internal Service Technician will be responsible for all internal reconditioning of used vehicles, support in new sold internal work and overflow work from the general shop, as well.

Pay: Hourly

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Recondition pre-owned vehicles.
• Complete repairs as per estimates completed in a timely fashion.
• Road test vehicle after repairs are complete to ensure repairs are done properly.
• Maintain high quality of workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain tools, equipment and shop.
• Diagnose problems using proper procedures.
• Clarify concerns with service advisor as required.
• Recommend additional repairs as required.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman (preferred)
• A clean driver's abstract and valid AB drivers license
