About the Role:

Big 4 Motors has a great career opportunity and is currently taking applications for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager position!

Reporting to the General Manager, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager will have a thorough and complete understanding of variable operations and will help provide direction to the Sales Department. This is a demanding hands-on position that requires direct involvement in all aspects of the Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding natural leader, trainer and coach and will have a proven track record in the automotive industry.

In addition to a strong vehicle sales background and 5 years of Management experience, the ideal candidate must:

• Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating
• Assist with vehicle inventory responsibilities
• Have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude
• Have the capacity to develop, manage, inspire and lead a strong sales team
• Create and implement new marketing strategies for continued growth
• Be well versed in CRM tools, PBS Systems, and be AMVIC licensed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience is preferred

Requirements:

• A valid AB driver’s license and a current clean driver’s abstract
