Senior Accountant
With an exciting new dealership opening in March 2025, the Wood Automotive Group's Accounting department is expanding and is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our head office Accounting team located on 24th Street SE!

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Expense Analysis
- Financial Statement Analysis
- Completion of Financial Statements
- Daily Cheques
- AP posting – Parts/Sublet/Expenses
- Notes Reconciliation
- Deal Running
- AP Posting – Vehicle inventory/COS
- Bank reconciliation
- Account reconciliation of vehicles and leases
- Purchasing Used
- Bank Entries – coding
- Schedule Review
- Internals
- Commissioning
- Schedule Review
Qualifications:
- Strong computer proficiency, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, attention to detail and excellent data entry skills are required.
- The successful candidate must be a team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks in this fast-paced environment.
- Must have at least a minimum of 3 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education in Accounting. PBS Systems experience and dealership experience is an asset.
