The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta’s largest automobile retailers for 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Parts & Service Advisor to work at the satellite location, Okotoks Volkswagen!

This hybrid role will be located in Okotoks operating under the South Centre Volkswagen umbrella and will run out of the old Okotoks Ford building.

About the Parts & Service Advisor role opening:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling parts to available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. They will also demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to total customer loyalty and follow up!

This position is rotational:

• Week 1 is 6 days on (including a Saturday) and 1 day off
• Week 2 is 4 days on and 3 days off

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Greeting and checking in service clients via work order write up. Including arranging shuttle drop off and pickups.
• Billing all necessary parts and sourcing parts via Volkswagen dealer network if South Centre Volkswagen main location does not hold stock.
• Client update and upsell of additional service requests
• Repair order billing and administration of handling cash and closing repair orders.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Valid AB driver’s license
